RESERVATIONS: After choosing which trailer would best work for you, give us a call to check on the availability of those dates. Once the dates have been confirmed with the trailer you are renting, mail us a $100.00 deposit check and the signed waiver within (5) business days. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. If a deposit check is not received within (5) business days, your reserved dates will again become available. Any cancellations must be made prior to 15 days of departure date in order to receive a full refund. We have the right to refuse anyone who does not meet the requirements of our terms and conditions.

No same day rentals.

No sub-leasing.

All payments are payable by credit card (Visa, Master card, Discover) Cash or personal check. Full payment is due on the day of delivery.

DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200.00 is required at time of delivery or pickup. Refundable within 10 business days of return. Refunds will be paid providing rental is clean and the rental is not damaged or abused. Damage Security Deposit will be forfeited if terms and conditions are violated.

A $75.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the Damage Security Deposit if trailer is returned in less than satisfactory condition.

A $25.00 fee will be deducted from your Damage Security Seposit if the holding tanks are not emptied prior to returning the trailer. This does not apply if your trailer is delivered.

We are not responsible for any items left in your rental trailer after your stay. Items will be disposed of at the discretion of Just Tow and Go, Inc.

INSURANCE FOR TOWING A TRAILER: It is required that each renter (driver of the tow vehicle) must secure a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE from his or her insurance company prior to taking delivery of any trailer. Each renter must have liability insurance coverage on their tow vehicle that will extend to the trailer. It is the renters' responsibility to contact their insurance company for the Certificate of Insurance and to give the insurance company the information on the trailer they are renting. Renter must notify us before their departure date to acknowledge receipt of the Certificate. The renter CANNOT leave with the rental trailer unless the Certificate of Insurance has been received and is acceptable to us. The renter or insurance agent can either e-mail or mail us a copy, or if you call and acknowledge that you have obtained it, we will accept it at time of delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience, however this is a requirement by our insurance company. (If you are having the trailer delivered by us, please ignore this section.)

SIGNED AGREEMENT: A signed agreement taking responsibility of the trailer and a copy of renters' drivers license and insurance card will be required prior to departure. The waiver can be printed from the web site www.justtowandgo.com, and mailed with your deposit.

TOWING INSTRUCTIONS: Each tow vehicle must have its own light connection. The connector plug is a 7-circuit round receptacle (For RV's). The plug will power the brakes and lights from the tow vehicle to the trailer. If your vehicle contains a light connector, or is equipped with a tow package, this connector can be added through an adapter. It is recommended to have a Class III hitch on your tow vehicle for the hard side trailers. I have receivers available with a 2" and 2 5/16" ball for those who need it. Electric brakes are recommended for the larger trailers and for long distance traveling. Also, sway bars are available for long distance as well. There is no extra charge for the use of the receivers or sway bars. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your tow vehicle.

If involved in an accident , you must notify Just Tow and Go, Inc. immediately. A full police report must be submitted to us upon return of the rental. Failure to comply will result in forteiture of the Damage Security Deposit and/or legal action.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN RENTAL TRAILERS. If either occurs this will result in the loss of the renters $200.00 Damage Security Deposit.

NO DRY CAMPING: All hard side trailers (excluding pop-ups) are required to be connected to hook-ups. This includes electric, water, and sewer. If sewer is not available at your campsite, you are required to empty holding tanks prior to returning your rental trailer. Most any campground will permit you to empty the holding tanks for a small fee.

The pop-ups can be used for dry camping. Generators are available to use for a small fee of $75.00 per week. You are responsible for the gas after the first tank. We will provide a gas container. Generators are required to be locked at all times. Any misuse or stolen generator will be at the expense of the renter.

DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE: Arrangements can be made for our trailers and pop-ups to be delivered to a location for the renter. This service is very useful for those that do not have a way to tow or may not be comfortable towing a trailer. Anyone not familiar with setting up a trailer or pop-up is encouraged to have the trailer delivered as we set it up for you and show you everything about the trailer. We stongly encourage delivery to those not familiar with travel trailers or towing. Our delivery fee is $100.00 round trip within 30 miles from Showell, MD. No deliveries will be made to the Dover Races or Assateague Federal Park. We DO deliver to Assateague State Park.

SALES TAX: A 6% sales tax will be applied to all rentals.

Trailers will be available for use from April 1st til Nov. Reservations can be made year around. All contracts are final, no refunds will be given once you have taken possession of the trailer.
