understand that I am responsible for this trailer to include the towing to and from my

destinations. I will be responsible for any negligent damage I may cause to include traffic

accidents. I do verify that I have vehicle insurance on the vehicle I choose to tow the trailer

with. It is understood that if a total destruction of this travel trailer was to occur, that I

would be totally responsible for the replacement value of this trailer. I also take sole

responsibility for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur while I have possession

of this travel trailer.
