Just Tow and Go, Inc. Agreement

I ________________________(renter) will be using the ___________________ (which trailer) belonging to Just Tow and Go, Inc. from _________________ (date) thru _______________(date). I understand that I am responsible for this trailer and any damage that may occur during my rental period. I agree to inform Just Tow and Go, Inc. of any such damage or mishaps that may occur. I take sole responsibility for all the occupants that will be using the trailer during my rental stay. I have read and understand the terms and conditions that Just Tow and Go, Inc. has applied to our contract. I fully understand that any conditions not upheld to, could result in the loss of my security deposit.

(THIS SECTION APPLIES IF TOWING)

I will be towing the rental trailer from Showell, Maryland to  __________________(destination). I understand that I am responsible for this trailer to include the towing to and from my destination. I will be responsible for any negligent damage that I may cause to include traffic accidents. I do verify that I have vehicle insurance on the vehicle I choose to tow the trailer with. It is understood that if a total destruction of this trailer was to occur, that I would be totally responsible for the replacement value of the rental trailer. I also take sole responsibility for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur while I have possession of the rental trailer.

I fully understand and agree with the terms of this agreement and the terms and conditions page.

Please sign and return this agreement with your deposit or you may do so at time of rental. Also, if towing a trailer, remember to bring a Certificate of Insurance from you Insurance Company covering the dates of your rental.

Just Tow and Go, Inc. has the right to refuse anyone who does not agree with the terms and conditions or fails to produce the certificate of insurance for the period of the trailer rental.
